Return Policy will accept and refund return merchandise

    • In its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition
    • No stains, scents, or other signs of wear
    • Provided that all tags are attached
    • Accompanied by an original receipt or invoice 
    • Within 7 days of when you received the order

For a full refund, an $8 return shipping label fee will be charged.

Merchandise purchased at a discount of 30% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS location. You can also schedule a UPS pick-up here.

Returns received without a trackable shipping method will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced return packages. Returns will be processed within 14-21 business days of receipt. Holidays are not an excuse for a late return. Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Items purchased at retail stores carrying IN:05 merchandise may not be returned to


Items reduced by 30% or more are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.


We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
